Sun, Sea and Sales: a peek behind the scenes of a Sales Retreat in Lanzarote!

This is the second year running that I have had the pleasure of joining Anna Payne on her business retreat in Lanzarote.

Yes, the focus is on sales: learning how to sell in a way that actually feels like you. Selling without the sleaze, without the pressure, without that icky feeling so many of us have been conditioned to expect. But honestly? It’s so much more than that.

What I’ve seen on retreats is a real shift. Something subtle but powerful happens when you step away from your everyday routine and give yourself space. The noise drops, the pace slows, and suddenly you can hear your own thoughts again.

On a retreat you start to see yourself differently, not just as the person running the business, juggling the tasks, keeping everything moving… but as the person underneath all of that.

When you step back (from your business and from your life in general) you create room for clarity. You reconnect with what you actually want, not what you think you should want. And that shift? That’s where the real magic of a retreat lives.

Especially when you’re surrounded by others experiencing their own transformations right alongside you.
